What type of therapy do you do?
We use the principles of behavior analysis to help your child reach a functional level of independence. This is done through establishing why your child behaves the way they do (for attention, escaping something, etc.), what they like to do (play, toys, etc.), and how this information can help to increase good behaviors and decrease undesirable behaviors.
Why focus on parent training?
You know your child the best. We are here to help you set up your child for success to become an independent person capable of learning new things and applying them effectively to their environments.
How long do individual sessions last?
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and occur between 1 and 3 times a week depending on what works best for your child clinically and for your family financially.
How long does therapy last?
Generally, we have found that therapy will last between 3 and 4 months with you coming in on a weekly basis works when focusing on 1-3 key goals. However, this is highly dependent on your child's development and what works best for your family. Some families benefit from bi-weekly meetings, 4 week modules, year long modules, etc. We re-evaluate every 4-6 weeks to ensure that we are moving in the best direction for your child and family.
Is everything I say kept private?
We take good care of all your information through our HIPAA compliant system Central Reach where all your child's session notes, data, payment information, and a secure way to communicate with your therapist confidentially. Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept Cigna and Medicaid Waiver. If you do not have these policies, we also offer private pay options.

Is their parking at your location?
There is a large parking lot behind the building our office is in. Once you arrive, call 773-614-4649 so that we can let you in.
Do you offer membership rates?
We do offer monthly memberships that will help you to save money while receiving excellent services.
Do you offer in-home services?
We do not offer in-home services at this time beyond occasional home-visits to inform our plan creation. We are happy to work with you on all the behaviors that occur at home with you to create a plan that makes sense for your child and your family.
How do I pay for sessions?
Once you begin therapy, you can either pay by cash check, or through our HIPAA compliant and confidential patient portal through Central Reach.
